Courtney Buchanan has been working within CFSAN’s Office of Compliance since 2011. She initially started as an ORISE Fellow on the Foreign Inspections Team where she assisted with data evaluations and planning of inspections. In 2012, she transitioned to become the food facility registration program lead where she has since led with the development and implementation of FSMA amendments to the program.

Erwin Miller is the Chief for the Data Systems Integration Branch (DSIB) in the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition of the FDA and serves as the technical expert and lead for the Bioterrorism Food Facility Registration Program in the Office of Compliance.  
Erwin’s career spans 30 years of federal service in the information technology field serving in various Agencies.  Erwin’s FDA career began in 2002 where he led the IT development and implementation of FURLS, FFRM, and FURLS Call Center.  Erwin has a B.A. & M.S. degree in Computer Information Systems.
