FDA will hold a webinar on October 25 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM to provide food facility registrants with information regarding the 2018 Biennial Registration Renewal which began October 1, 2018. Section 415 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) [21 U.S.C. § 350d] requires food facilities that are required to register with FDA to renew such registrations during the period beginning on October 1 and ending on December 31 of each even-numbered year. This webinar will be an opportunity to see a quick demo of the system and answer any general questions related to registration renewal. Speaker
