If your screen get's stuck (more than a minute) on the Adobe Connect "Connecting..." prompt, simply close the browser and try launching the event again or using a different browser.  




Google Chrome is the suggested browser to use.  If this is not your default browser, copy and paste the URL into Google Chrome vs. clicking on the link itself to launch your meeting/event.
